  My mom is so pleased with the new blinds! I still can't believe the timing worked out like it did. The installation date that had been arranged was completely forgotten about due to her admittance to the hospital, so the fact you persevered by continuing to phone until you reached us was so appreciated. I had been at her house just briefly that day, making sure everything was okay for her when she was discharged, so really happy we connected. And I still am wowed by the professionalism you and your team showed with the installation - everything was removed, discarded and installed so quickly! It was a very nice thing for my mom to come home to! My mom had sought quotes from a number of different organizations for her blinds, and was having a number of other projects done at the same time. She found you easy to communicate with and had no concerns whatsoever - you did exactly what you said you'd do, and at the time you said it would be done. The fact that you continued to follow up until you were able to reach someone, was above and beyond. Heather it is such a pleasure to work with people who are passionate about what they do, and that know what to is to provide exceptional customer service.
